Admoveo Partners is a fast growing, ambitious recruitment company based in South London. Challenge

Being a European recruitment business, the Directors of Admoveo Partners regularly travel nationally and to Europe. When they are seeking to place a Candidate they also arrange their travel to the potential employer. Their corporate travel requirements are normally air, rail and hotels which can be complex to arrange on a weekly basis for large numbers of candidates, let alone for themselves. Having several large clients, they also need to be able to assign travel costs to each client cost centre and be able to show the client a clear, auditable trail of travel costs when required.

They are also able to easily book candidate travel and get all the tickets / bookings sent directly to the individual candidate via email. The management and administration is simple and at the end of each month they can report on each of their clients with a cost centre allocation for travel.
